V.A. Shiva Ayyadurai has led an interesting life. He holds four degrees from MIT, founded the technology company Millennium Cybernetics in the 1990s, authored books on the email industry, twice ran for U.S. Senate, and was once romantically linked to actress Fran Drescher. In recent years, he’s studied and written about alternative medicine and developed a reputation for promoting conspiracy theories.

Page 61 (Line 21): “Twitter has our contact information and is aware of our accounts as an election office, so that if we report anything through that portal, then they will take a look at it quickly.”
Page 72 (Line 16) : THE COURT: “And when you communicated with Ms. Cohen, the Executive Director of the National Association, was it your hope that the National Association also would report the matter?” THE WITNESS: “Yes. She is -- the National Association of State Election Directors is also a Twitter partner, and they often coordinate communications between the social media companies and state election directors generally.”

MR. HORNSTINE: "I was just going to say, which is Twitter's prerogative to do under its terms of service, which makes clear that any discipline Twitter metes out is Twitter's decision and Twitter's alone to make."
THE COURT: “When you say it makes it very clear, my law clerks, I tell them, "Don't ever say 'clearly' this," because it usually obscures this. Twitter can say its Twitter's own decision, but in certain circumstances it constitutes state action. I mean, there are just certain circumstances where it's not treated as a matter of law as Twitter's decision alone. There's a factual element to that.”
The Federal Law that prohibits the deleting of records prior to 22 months after a Federal Election. This is the basis for the accusation that the State of Massachusetts is in violation of federal election law for deleting the Ballot Images scanned by the voting machines.

1. During our work to write these guides, we collected some example scenarios that are drawn from past events, or narratives we judge to be highly likely in the coming election. While mis/ disinformation vary, common mis/disinformation messages most likely to gain traction in elections are: • The voting process is confusing and difficult (particularly with the rise in vote by mail).
• There has been a failure in the mechanics of how elections are run.
• Political partisans are “stealing the election.”
• The people who run elections are corrupt.
• COVID-19 concerns are impeding voting or delaying the election.

Example of Fact Check Site Corruption:
a. Reuters does a “Fact Check” hit piece that lies about the law and assumes you won’t check:
i. They literally asked the defendants if they did it and then sited the fact that they said no as part of their “research”
ii. Debra O’Malley, a spokesperson for the Secretary of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts William Galvin, told Reuters via email that election officials in Massachusetts have not destroyed any ballots: “Ballots are sealed and stored in each local election official’s vault until that retention period has expired. Ballots cannot be unsealed except in the cast of a recount or court order, and election officials are prohibited by law from allowing any person to examine those ballots.” This is not what was requested. The requests were for the ballot images which the the election officials state did not need to be kept because “O’Malley told Reuters that images were not taken of ballots in Massachusetts “because our state laws do not allow the examination of ballots after they have been sealed on Election Night, we have instructed our tabulator vendors to disable the functionality which allows some tabulators to capture and store ballot images. As such, there are no ballot images to provide.” The Machines still capture images (because that is what is counted) but those images are deleted (destroyed) when the machine is set that way.
iii. Not only is that not true but even if Massachusetts had a law like that it would be irrelevant because FEDERAL LAW still requires that that ALL records be kept
b. Lead Stories Fact Check Website: List of Funding sources includes Google, Facebook and most importantly ByteDance which are the owners of Tick Toc and are a Beijing based company tied directly to the CCP.
i. In 2018, CCP officials shut down his (founder of Bytedance, Yiming Zhang) humor and meme app Neihan Duanzi (translated as “Insider Jokes”). In response, Zhang issued a self-criticism letter, pledging allegiance to the Party agenda.
ii. “Our product took the wrong path, and content appeared that was incommensurate with socialist core values, that did not properly implement public opinion guidance,” the letter said, according to a translation by China Media Project.
iii. Zhang also explicitly references Xi Jinping’s notion of the “New Era,” and writes: “All along, we have placed excessive emphasis on the role of technology, and we have not acknowledged that technology must be led by the socialist core value system, broadcasting positive energy, suiting the demands of the era, and respecting common convention.”
